Melinda was commissioned by The Parkerville Tavern & Heritage Venue to create a large-scale artist interpretation of their historic building, which is prominently displayed on the left as visitors enter the main door. The final artwork measures 1800mm x 900mm and is painted on board with archival ink. The client’s goal was to showcase the history and charm of the pub, which has been a local favorite since its establishment in 1902. The building’s federation style architecture and location in the heart of the Perth Hills, near popular walking and cycling trails, make it an ideal spot for friends, couples, and families to gather. With multiple seating areas, a large beer garden, and a playground for kids, The Parkerville Tavern & Heritage Venue has something for everyone. Go check it out!
